The key ingredients we bring to your table are sourced from local food artisans: cured meats, cheeses, organic flour, and products from our own farm. These include organic extra virgin olive oil, poultry meats and eggs, as well as fruits and vegetables from our garden, which we cultivate with great care and dedication. Our passion intertwines with timeless traditions, reflected in our recipes that honor the past while embracing innovative touches. Our cuisine—featuring techniques such as low-temperature cooking—is wholesome, flavorful, and balanced, avoiding excessive fats, because our goal is to offer you the very best of our daily commitment.

Among our featured dishes: thick tagliatelle with wild boar, tonnarelli with fresh truffle, umbrichelli with fava beans, guanciale, and pecorino, cocoa cordoncini or with sausage ragù and ribs, rustic lasagna with sausage and mushrooms, guinea fowl in salmì, chicken cacciatora… reimagined our way, beef eye round with a spiced cocoa sauce and toasted almonds, and a variety of desserts, including our standout panna cotta made with fresh cream and our grandmother’s secret-recipe crostata.
