At 250 square meters, the Christmas Farmhouse skillfully blends the charm of the past with modern comfort, with a ground floor dedicated to dining and relaxation, while the upper floors house the sleeping quarters.

An Elegant Residence Between Tradition and Modern Comfort
GROUND FLOOR.
On the ground floor we find a spacious kitchen that recalls the style of old country kitchens, both in size and atmosphere. The floor is made of old terracotta tiles, with exposed wooden beams, while the brick kitchenette is covered with precious white Spanish tiles. The ensemble is enhanced by rustic details, such as copper pots and ceramic pitchers, which accentuate its traditional charm.
Adjacent to the kitchen, on one side is the breakfast room, dominated by an impressive peperino fireplace, around which tables are arranged where guests can enjoy their meals. On the other side is the tea room, a cozy space with sofas, TV, stereo system, board games and a charming fireplace, ideal for moments of relaxation.
Room the Gardenia
On the second floor is the Quadruple Room “The Gardenia,” consisting of two double rooms and a shared bathroom. The first room is furnished with an elegant hand-painted iron bed, a dressing table and a practical built-in closet; the second, a double room, is embellished with an iron bed and complemented by a closet and a chest of drawers in arte povera style.
The bathroom, shared between the two rooms, is a cozy and refined space, featuring a parquet floor, bathtub, shower, sink, toilet, bidet, white tiles and exposed wooden beams.
The Gardenia
LAVENDER
Lavender Room
On the second floor, reached by a charming iron spiral staircase, is the Lavender Room, a lovely attic room with parquet flooring, capable of accommodating up to four people. The attic consists of an anteroom located above the stairs, furnished with two single beds, and a double bedroom, equipped with an iron bed and a dresser.
A small bathroom, equipped with shower, sink, toilet, hairdryer and courtesy kit, completes the environment. The entire farmhouse features ceilings with exposed wooden beams, except for the attic room.
