The apartment “Il Porcospino” covers an area of 40 m², located on the ground floor and suitable for up to three people. The spacious and bright living area features a masonry kitchenette, embellished with elegant blue and white Vietri tiles, and is equipped with a sink, electric oven, refrigerator, wooden table, chairs and an arte povera-style cupboard. In the same room is the living room, enhanced by a cozy fireplace, armchairs, a single sofa bed and TV.
The sleeping area includes a double bedroom furnished with a hand-painted iron bed and arte povera-style furniture. Inside the room is a private bathroom, equipped with a shower, washbasin, bidet, toilet, hair dryer, and white tiles with exquisite floral patterns in blue and ochre. Both areas of the apartment overlook a pergola-garden that extends in front of the farmhouse, providing an atmosphere of tranquility and contact with nature.
Squirrel Apartment
The “The squirrel” apartment, located on the ground floor of the same farmhouse, covers an area of 60 m² and is ideal for accommodating up to five people. The accommodation includes a double bedroom furnished with a hand-painted bed and furniture in arte povera style, and a small bedroom with two hand-decorated iron single beds, enriched by a closet painted with delicate floral motifs. The elegant and functional bathroom has a washbasin set in a wooden cabinet, shower, toilet and bidet.
The warm and cozy living room is graced with a fireplace, armchairs, TV, and a single sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with a masonry cooktop decorated with blue-and-white Vietri tiles, sink, electric oven, toaster, cupboard, chairs, and an arte povera-style table.
